NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That on November 10, 2025 the Petition of MICHAEL A MADORE JR for a Change of Name for his biological daughter has been filed in the above named Court, praying for a Decree to change the name of minor child from OCTACIA RAINE KINNEY to OCTAVIA RAINE MADORE. The Court has fixed December 18, 2025 at 11:00AM in Courtroom No. 2, McKean County Courthouse, 500 West Main Street, Smethport, Pennsylvania, as the date and place for the hearing of said Petition. All persons interested in the proposed change of name may appear and show cause. if any they have, why the prayer of said Petitioner should not be granted.
