BOROUGH OF RIDGWAY

POLICE OFFICER

The Borough of Ridgway is seeking applicants for the

position of Police Officer. Applicants must have a valid

driver’s license, high school diploma or equivalent certificate,

Act 120 certification is preferred but not required. Starting

wage is $24.63 per hour with excellent fringe benefits.

Applications are available at the Ridgway Borough office

during normal business hours or on our website at

ridgwayborough.com. The filing deadline for

applications is Friday, July 18, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.

Applications must be returned in person so that the applicant

can receive an information packet detailing the date, time,

and location of the written exam. A $50.00 application fee

is due when the completed application is submitted.
