ORDINANCE

NO. 144

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF LEWIS RUN, MCKEAN COUNTY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYL-VANIA, FIXING THE TAX RATE FOR THE YEAR 2026.

BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the Council of the Borough of Lewis Run, McKean County, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania:

THAT a tax be and the same is hereby levied on all real property within Lewis Run Borough subject to taxation for the fiscal year 2026 as follows:

SECTION 1. Tax rate of general purposes, the sum of 5.5 mills on each dollar of assessed valuation, or sum of $0.55 on each one hundred dollars of assessed valuation.

SECTION 2. All other municipal tax rates are to remain unchanged.

SECTION 3. That any ordinance, or part of ordinance, conflicting with this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed insofar as the same affects this

ordinance.

DULY ADOPTED the 9 day of December, 2025 by the Council of the Borough of Lewis Run, McKean County,

Pennsylvania, in lawful session duly assembled.
