BID NOTICE

C.J. Wallace Engineering LLC will receive bids for the Hutchins Loop Drive Improvements Part 4 Project until 12:00 PM, Wednesday, August 5th, 2026 at C.J. Wallace Engineering, 31 Boylston Street, Bradford, PA 16701. Bids will be opened at the regular Sergeant Township supervisor’s meeting at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, August 5th, 2026. Bidders and other persons interested may be present. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 15th, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the project site on Hutchins Drive in Sergeant Township, PA 16740. Full plans and specifications may be obtained from C.J. Wallace Engineering.
