engineers.com. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained at the office of Bankson Engineers, Inc., 267 Blue Run Road, Suite 200, Cheswick, PA 15024, (412-767-5100). Contract Number 25-5 Bidding Documents are available for the nonrefundable fee of $75.00 per set which includes the Contract Specifications book. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons whose name and address are on record at Bankson Engineers, Inc. as having obtained the Bidding Documents. Bids will be accepted only from Bidders who have obtained official sets of Bidding Documents from Bankson Engineers, Inc. and who are on Bankson

Engineers, Inc.’s list of planholders. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check or bidder’s bond in favor of the Bradford City Water Authority in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the proposal.

This Contract is subject to the provision of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Workers must be paid not less than the minimum wages established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, as shown in the applicable schedule.

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received.
