REPLACEMENT PROJECT

COUDERSPORT BOROUGH, PA

Sealed bids for the Anchor Toy Lane Waterline Replacement Project in Coudersport Borough shall be delivered, by 3:30 pm, on August 18, 2026, to Coudersport Borough Authority, 201 S. West Street, Coudersport, PA 16915. The bids will be publicly opened and read during the Borough Authority meeting to be held at 6:30 pm on August 18, 2026 at 46 Damascus Street,

Coudersport, PA 16915. Bids should be mailed or delivered to the address above, clearly marked “Bid for Anchor Toy Lane Waterline Replacement Project.”

Copies of plans, specifications and bid forms may be obtained from the office of E&M Engineers and Surveyors, P.C. upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 for each set of documents payable to Coudersport Borough Authority. Bidders wishing to have the documents mailed shall send a check for $15.00 payable to E&M Engineers and Surveyors, P.C.. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons whose names and address are on record with E&M Engineers and Surveyors, P.C as having obtained the bidding documents.

A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of Coudersport Borough Authority or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. A performance bond and payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract as awarded will be required as security for the faithful performance of the contract.

The successful contactor will be required to comply with all applicable prevailing wage rates, and the contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, age, religion, sex, national origin, or disability.

Proposals must be submitted on the forms prescribed. The Borough Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any formalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid deemed most favorable to the Borough Authority.
