PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Administrative Assistant will perform advanced business office activities
associated with servicing residential, commercial, public authority, and industrial
customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Customer service, information processing, interfacing with contractors and
personnel in other departments
• Maintain customer related records (manual, mainframe, SAP, and computer
based)
• Warehouse materials management of inventory related to daily construction and
customer service activities.
• Perform various other functions including payroll processing, document filing,
and preparing completion reports
• Offer support at alternate locations as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient in typing, data entry, and Microsoft office programs
• Three to five years of advanced administrative/clerical experience
• Excellent customer service/communication skills in person and via telephone
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
• Basic literacy skills. The ability to read, accurately interpret and analyze written
information and legibly prepare written documentation
• Candidates must be able to work Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This is a position within the Company’s collective bargaining unit with a starting
rate of pay of $27.26/hr, after 6 months $28.26/hr, and 1 year $29.26/hr.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a DOT mandated drug test, as
well as participate in random drug testing. The DOT maintains a list of banned
