Bradford Regional Medical Center will be holding another COVID-19 vaccine clinic at the old St. Bernard’s School, located at 450 W. Washington St. in Bradford on Saturday.
The clinic will be giving the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine from 8 am to 5 pm.
As of Tuesday afternoon, there were numerous appointments available between 10:16 a.m. and 5 p.m. The website states that the chosen appointment time will be held for 25 minutes on the day of the clinic.
To register, visit the link available on the McKean County Department of Emergency Services Facebook page or call the county’s phone bank, which will have people available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at (814) 887-3443.
Walmart in Bradford also has vaccines available. In order to schedule an appointment, visit Walmart.com and click on “Schedule now” in the top bar that says “Book a COVID-19 vaccine.” Appointments are available each day for the rest of the week.
As of Tuesday, Pennsylvania was ranked 10 out of 50 states in vaccine distribution, with 7,254,446 vaccines administered. The state is in Phase 2, with all those age 16 and older eligible to schedule an appointment to be vaccinated.
