Parole violation apprehension leads to drug charges for another
RIDGWAY — On March 24, the Pennsylvania State Police Ridgway Patrol Unit, in coordination with Pennsylvania State Parole, attempted to apprehend Todd Stahli, 49, of Wilcox due to parole violations.
