Pa. lawmakers want beefed up protections against AI voice, image fakes: ‘Everybody should be on guard’

(TNS) — Pennsylvania lawmakers are proposing safeguards against deceptively accurate voice impersonations and “deepfake” visuals created with artificial intelligence, as the threat of AI-related scams increases.
