WARREN — The US Department of Agriculture Forest Service is offering a free, interpretive night sky program in Allegheny National Forest on from 8 to 9 p.m. on March 15 at Hearts Content Recreation Area near Cherry Grove.
All ages are invited to participate in this ranger-led program. “During our journey across the sky, we will identify stars, constellations, and night sky objects while exploring connections to our past and future,” said Ranger Sarah Needs.
Participants should bring a chair or blanket and dress appropriately for the weather. Meet at the Hearts Content parking area, located off State Route 2002/Hearts Content Road by 7:50 p.m. at the latest.
