SMETHPORT — Hamlin Bank and Trust Co., Smethport, has announced the recent promotion of Deborah K. Keesler to branch manager of the company’s Eldred bank office.
Keesler is a career banker, having been employed with Hamlin Bank for 20 years. Her duties have included mortgage and installment lending, Community Reinvestment Act specialist and, most recently, manager of the company’s Mount Jewett office. Her initial assignment with Hamlin Bank was assistant manager in the newly opened Bradford branch office.
Prior to her employment with Hamlin Bank, Keesler worked for 18 years at Pennbank in Bradford. In addition to the 38 years of banking experience, she has completed numerous banking courses.
Keesler and her husband, Gerald, reside in Rew.
