SMETHPORT — An Erie man who is accused of robbing someone during a methamphetamine deal pleaded guilty in McKean County Court on Thursday.

Anthony D. Reynolds, 36, of Erie, pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit assault and robbery as well as conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine.

According to District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer, in October 2020, Reynolds conspired “with Brittany Mitchell and/or Douglas Walzack to commit the crime of robbery in that they agreed, with the intent of promoting the crime of robbery, that one or more of them would engage in the crime of robbery or the attempted robbery during the course of committing a theft either inflicting bodily injury on Daniel Roach or threatening or intentionally placing Daniel Roach in fear of immediate bodily injury.”

Additionally, Reynolds conspired with Mitchell and/or Walzack to commit the crime of delivery of methamphetamine, which is a Schedule II drug in Pennsylvania, Shaffer said.

Reynolds will be sentenced Aug. 12.

Also in court, Christopher Link, 30, of Smethport, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of an offensive weapon and possession of an implement of escape.

According to Vettenburg-Shaffer, between March 16 and 17, Link had a weapon fashioned from a metal rod as well as a weapon that could’ve been used as a tool for escape while incarcerated in the McKean County Jail. He will be sentenced July 22.

Hannah E. Sheldon, 30, of Duncannon, pleaded guilty to charges of receiving stolen property, possession of methamphetamine and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to Vettenburg-Shaffer, on Nov. 11, 2020, Sheldon received a stolen catalytic converter valued at more than $1,000. She also had methamphetamine and two pipes with residue in her possession. Sheldon will be sentenced July 22.

Megan N. Sena, 24, of Bradford, was sentenced to five years of probation with 90 days restrictive sanctions for two separate cases, one for a charge of DUI-controlled substance and the other for unauthorized use of a vehicle and a summary charge.

Sena pleaded guilty to allegations that on July 30, 2020, she operated a vehicle without consent from the owner, and on Sept. 3, 2020, she drove with metabolites of marijuana in her system, according to Shaffer.

Todd D. Seals, 45, of Bradford, was accepted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for DUI-alcohol.
