Williams pleads to drug charges

SMETHPORT — An Erie man pleaded guilty in McKean County Court Thursday to charges involving methamphetamine and cocaine.

James G. Williams III, 29, entered a plea to possession with intent to deliver 368 grams meth and 28 grams cocaine, being a person not to possess a firearms and possessing instruments of crime.

The charges came about from a raid on a Kiwanis Court apartment in July by the Bradford City Police and state police.

He will be sentenced Dec. 30.
