CALIFORNIA — Pennsylvania Western University announced several local students named to the Dean’s List for the 2023 fall semester.
To be named to the dean’s list, degree-seeking undergraduate students must earn a minimum semester GPA of 3.40 and a minimum of 12 graded credits during the semester.
