WELLSBORO — Citizens & Northern Corporation announced its most recent dividend declaration and its unaudited, consolidated financial results for the three-month period ended March 31, 2021.

On April 22, C&N’s board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 per share. The dividend is payable on May 14, 2021 to shareholders of record as of May 3, 2021. The amount is increased 3.7% from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share which was paid in February 2021.
