    SMETHPORT – Lucille Ann Eddy, 68, of Cyclone, died Thursday
    (Sept. 22, 2005) at her residence. Arrangements are under the
    direction of the Gary K. Drum Funeral Home.

    RIDGWAY – Norbert J. Pontzer, esquire, 82, of 526 Hyde Ave. died
    Thursday (Sept. 22, 2005) at his residence. Funeral arrangements
    are under the direction of the Thompson Funeral Home.

    ST. MARYS – Nadine M. Florio, 69, a resident of Elk Haven
    Nursing Home, and formerly of 837 Johnsonburg Road, died Wednesday
    evening (Sept. 21, 2005) in the Elk Regional Health Center. Funeral
    arrangements are under the direction of the Lynch-Radkowski Funeral
    Home.

    KANE – Naomi H. Sieger, 83, of 549 Smithfield Ave. died
    Wednesday (Sept. 21, 2005) at her home. Arrangements are under the
    direction of the Ronald McDonald II Funeral Home.

    MECHANICSBURG – James Merl Galbreath, 68, of Enola, died
    Thursday (Sept. 22, 2005). Arrangements are under the direction of
    the Malpezzi Funeral Home.

    COUDERSPORT – Gary William Lambert Sr., 44, of Austin, died
    Tuesday (Sept. 20, 2005) at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital
    in Wellsboro. Arrangements are under the direction of the Fickinger
    Funeral Home.

    ULYSSES – William R. Empson, 78, of Lawrenceburg, Tenn., a
    Potter County native, died Tuesday (Sept. 20, 2005) in his home.
    Arrangements are under the direction of the Olney Funeral Home.

    NANCY, Ky. – Richard L. Anderson, 70, of Kentucky 196, Nancy,
    formerly of Cyclone, Pa., died Saturday (Sept. 17, 2005) in Lake
    Cumberland Regional Hospital. The Nancy Funeral Home was in charge
    of arrangements.

    LITITZ – Laura Frances LaCavera Aleci, 91, of Lancaster died
    surrounded by her family on Tuesday (Sept. 20, 2005). The Charles
    F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home and Chapel Inc. is in charge of
    arrangements.

    SMETHPORT – Joel “Jake” David Warfle of Rochester, N.Y., died
    Tuesday (Sept. 13, 2005) in the Park Ridge Hospital in Rochester.
    Arrangements were under the direction of the Farrell-Ryan Funeral
    Home in Rochester.

    14, 2005) in his home.

    ST. MARYS – Louis V. Uhernick, 87, of 621 Lenze Ave. died
    Tuesday (Sept. 20, 2005) in the Christ the King Manor in DuBois
    following a brief illness. Funeral arrangements are under the
    direction of the Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home.

    ST. MARYS – Janet J. Lyons, 66, of 601 Hall Ave. died Monday
    (Sept. 19, 2005) in the Elk Regional Health Center following a
    brief illness. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the
    Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home.

    Ruth Ada Gaston, 95, of Derrick City, died Monday (Sept. 19,
    2005) in the Bradford Regional Medical Center. Arrangements are
    under the direction of Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.

    SMETHPORT -ðSteven J. McElwee, 54, of 601 W. Green St., died
    unexpectedly Monday (Sept. 19, 2005) at Hamot Medical Center, Erie.
    Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Switzer Funeral
    Home, Port Allegany.

    PORTVILLE, N.Y. -ðMable E. Frost Bogardus, 90, of 25 S. Main St.
    died at her residence following a brief illness. Arrangements are
    under the direction of the Guenther Funeral Home Inc.

    JOHNSONBURG -ðMary Casilio Bedford, 91, of 429 Third Ave., died
    Monday evening (Sept. 19, 2005) at Beebe Medical Center, Lewes,
    Del., following a lengthy illness. Arrangements are under the
    direction of the Anthony Ferragine Funeral Home Inc.

    SHINGLEHOUSE -ðDonald C. Bixler, 64, of Keating Summit, died
    Monday (Sept. 19, 2005) in Charles Cole Memorial Hospital,
    Coudersport, after a short illness. Arrangements are under the
    direction of the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home.

    EMPORIUM -ðLucille A. Reber, 67, of 6004 Mason Hill Road,
    Driftwood, died Sunday (Sept. 18, 2005) at her residence following
    a lengthy illness. Arrangements are under the direction of the
    Edward M. Barnett Funeral Home PC.

    EMPORIUM -ðFrank E. Geleskie, 82, of 167 E. 4th St., died Monday
    (Sept. 19, 2005) at home following a short battle with vigorous
    cancer. Arrangements are under the direction of the Edward M.
    Barnett Funeral Home.

    Johnsonburg, died Friday (Sept. 16, 2005) at Mercy Hospital in
    Pittsburgh. Arrangements are under the direction of the Anthony
    Ferragine Funeral Home Inc.

    KANE – Zane Allen Buzard, infant son of Ronald and Mary Jo
    Arthurs Buzard of 612 Tionesta Ave., died Friday (Sept. 16, 2005)
    at Kane Community Hospital. Arrangements are under the direction of
    Cummings Funeral Home Inc.

    ELDRED – Cynthia A. “Cindy” Stark, 56, of Beers Hollow, Eldred,
    died Sunday (Sept. 18, 2005) at the residence of her friend in
    Richburg, N.Y., following a long illness. Arrangements are under
    the direction of the Frame Funeral Home.
