Gas in Warren is 27.6 cents lower than Bradford, report says
Gas prices in Bradford remained above nearby communities Monday, with the average price at $4.280 per gallon, according to AAA East Central. Warren's average was $4.004, while statewide prices continued to decline, according to GasBuddy.
