Linda Transki, now of East Aurora, N.Y., shakes hands with members of the American Legion Post 108 Honor Guard as she embarked on her Honor Flight Walk from the Zippo/Case Museum & Flagship Store on Sunday. The six-day journey will raise funds for Buffalo Niagara Honor Flight, which provides veterans with free trips to Washington, D.C., to visit memorials dedicated to their service.
