Home rule effort advances as council approves consulting agreement
Government Study Commission Chair Jim Evans addresses Bradford City Council Tuesday regarding the commission’s unanimous recommendation that the city move forward with the creation of a Home Rule charter. The proposed charter would later be presented to Bradford voters in a future election.
