Brayden Frair, a freshman member of the Lock Haven men's outdoor track and field team, finished first in the 3000m Steeplechase during the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Outdoor Championships Friday. The event was part of a three-day competition. Frair finished with a time of 9:23.36, a new personal best.
