Wesley “Jesse” Welch of Port Allegany loved skateboarding. Following his death by suicide in January at 12 years old, Wesley’s loved ones have established the Wesley A. Welch Memorial Skate Park Fund and are working to build a Port Allegany skate park in his memory.
