Phuoc “Lee” Hubbard, 73, of Bradford passed away April 4, 2026, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh,

Born Dec. 14, 1953, in Nha Trang, Vietnam, she was the daughter of Thuan Phuoc Vuong and Ke Thi Nguyen. Phuoc was of Vietnamese heritage and later became a U.S. citizen.

She was married to her loving husband, Dennis B. Hubbard, who survives, on April 17, 2010, in Eldred.

Lee is  also survived by her loving daughter, Trang “Tran,” who had the privilege of joining her mother in the U.S. on Oct. 4, 2015.

Lee is also survived by her stepchildren, brothers, sisters and many other family and friends.

Lee worked as a dedicated nail technician in the nail salon industry for 18 years before retiring. She was known for her amazing pedicures, strong work ethic, kindness and the care she showed to her clients,

A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. April 26, 2026, at American Legion Post 108, Bradford.
