Bradford City Police and Fire departments are at the scene of a school bus accident on Interstate Parkway, outside Bradford Area High School and across from Bradford Regional Medical Center, on Nov. 6. The chiefs of both departments expressed concern Tuesday over the news that Kaleida Health is closing departments at BRMC, particularly the ER.
