Funding support for Bradford Little Theatre, Bradford Creative and Performing Arts Center (BCPAC), Potter County Creative Council (PC3) and the Elk County Council on the Arts (ECCOTA) is threatened by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts’ recent decision to end statewide partnerships. BLT board members said that without grant funding the organization would struggle to pay for everything required to put on a good show, like its recent popular production of “The Wizard of Oz.”
