Anthony DeBock
Anthony John DeBock, 74, of Bradford passed away Monday (Nov. 3, 2025) at his home.
He was born Dec. 8, 1950, in Sittard, Netherlands, a son of the late Jack and Mary DeBock.
He attended Otto-Eldred schools.
On April 30, 1976, at St. Bernard Catholic Church, he married Julie Romanelli, who survives.
He was employed by the former Cooper Industries, Olean, N.Y., for several years prior to his employment with Bradford Forest Products, where he worked for 20-plus years until his retirement in 2020.
He was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Ascension where he was a former Sunday school teacher. He was a former member of the board of directors for Bradford Ecumenical Home and a past president of the Custer City School PTO. He enjoyed playing golf and playing on his computer, and he especially loved reading.
In addition to his wife of 49 years, Julie DeBock of Bradford, he is also survived by one son, Justin DeBock of Bradford; three daughters, Emily (Josh) Mulroney of Highland Ranch, Colo., Amanda (Alex Voris) DeBock of Grand Junction, Colo., and Jennifer (Gary Pascarella) McMillen of Bradford; one brother, Frank DeBock of Eldred; two sisters, Anne Dicendio of Charleston, S.C., and Jacqueline (Doug) Mitchell of Rochester, N.Y.; special granddaughter Maxine Mulroney of Highland Ranch and granddaughter Liah McMillen of Bradford; and special nephew, Michael Romanelli; as well as several other nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one infant son, Andrew James DeBock; and two sisters, Mary Lou Rahr and Gertrude Baldoni.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Entombment will be in Willow Dale Cemetery.
