Preemption push: Lawmakers target local gun ordinances
Craig Storrs Jr., executive director of Pennsylvania Gun Rights (PAGR); Col. Val W. Finnell, retired U.S. Air Force, Pennsylvania director of Gun Owners of America (GOA); and James Stoker, president of Firearms Owners Against Crime (FOAC) Institute, testified Wednesday at a public hearing of the state Senate Local Government Committee regarding state preemption of local gun ordinances.
