The football star’s flower-filled background for the proposal was in the backyard of his Leadwood, Kansas, home. Will they marry in Kansas?

She owns a home in Beverly Hills, Tribeca, Nashville, Rhode Island, possibly in London and at one point, owned her childhood home in Reading.

Some are speculating she might want to return to her native Pennsylvania for her nuptials. It’s hard to tell, when she’s a billionaire and he’s a millionaire, what the future might hold for the couple.

Not all celebrities choose the lavish and opulent wedding in the public’s eye. Back in 1945, Lauren Bacall and Humphrey Bogart married at a farmhouse near Mansfield, Ohio. 

Actress Amanda Seyfried married actor Thomas Sadoski after the couple eloped to the countryside only with an officiant in 2017.

Singer Justin Bieber married his wife Hailey at a courthouse in 2018, and followed it the next year with a formal ceremony in Bluffton, South Carolina.

Many more were wed in the courthouse, like Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend, Matt Damon and Luciana Barroso, Raquel Welch and Patrick Curtis, Faye Dunaway and Peter Wolf, George Harrison and Patti Boyd, and Marilyn Monroe and Joe DiMaggio.

Some married at their home, like Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden, Beyonce and Jay-Z, and Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth.

While many folks will be watching wedding news as avidly as others are watching NFL standings, others will be hoping the Taylor-Travis extravaganza will be a secret wedding out of the public’s eye — and news coverage.
