The Bradford Regional Medical Services (BRMS) primary care practice of Dr. Jakub Wojcik, Danielle Gregoire and Lexandria Pascarella will move its office to Bradford Regional Medical Center (BRMC) at 116 Interstate Parkway.

Beginning Tuesday, Dr. Wojcik and his team will see patients in Suite 41 on the fourth floor.

Patients can access the new office by entering through the hospital’s main lobby and taking the elevators near the Heartstrings Gift Shop to the fourth floor, Suite 41.

Wojcik, Gregoire and Pascarella are accepting new patients. Appointments can be made by calling the practice’s new phone number at (814) 363-9484.

Gregoire will also continue to see patients at the Eldred Medical Clinic, where she is accepting new patients.
