Port A-Smethport United falls to Galeton
GALETON — Port Allegany-Smethport United football club lost to Galeton 2-1 in double overtime of the consolation game of the Galeton Tournament.
Max Schoegel scored the game winner off a throw in 12 minutes into the second overtime.
In regulation Owen Kisler scored on a direct kick at 23 minutes in the first. Trey Sykora tied the game for Galeton 4 minutes into the second.
Ben Holcomb had 6 saves to secure the win. Jimmy Sneed had 10 saves for Port.
