Bradford beats Austin in volleyball opener
Bradford defeated Austin 25-13, 25-18, 26-24 Monday.
Keying the Lady Owls were Aliya Corignani with two kills and 23 assists, Emma Pilon with 10 kills, Haley Keane with nine kills, and Addison Carter with five kills.
“It was a tough one right out of the gate for our small school but the girls competed well,” Austin Coach Pam Terrette.
Leading Austin were Anna Brewer with 17 assists, Lilly Clinger with eight kills and three blocks, and Cailyn Ogden with seven kills.
Austin returns to action today, hosting Northern Potter.
