A tanker truck leaked an oily substance on North Kendall Avenue and Route 219 to Owens Way shortly before noon Monday. Bradford City Fire Department was dispatched at 11:47 a.m. to assist American Refining Group’s Fire Brigade in cleaning up the oil spill. An absorbent material was put down by responders to soak up the oil. North Kendall Avenue was closed between Holly Avenue and Euclid Avenue during the cleanup. Responders were on scene for one hour and six minutes.
