Journey Health System achieves Amazing Workplace certification
Journey Health System (JHS) and its affiliates announced their certification as an Amazing Workplace.
“This achievement is based on employee feedback surveys and reflects the dedication of the JHS team in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and engaged,” JHS representatives said in a press release.
Certified Amazing Workplaces are organizations where a significant majority, more than 70%, of employees express that they often feel “happy” or “very happy” at work. It’s a remarkable milestone that underscores the company’s efforts in enhancing workplace satisfaction.
“This certification is a reflection of our people, who make Journey Health System an extraordinary place to work. I am incredibly proud of what we have built together and excited to continue this journey of growth and improvement,” said Guy Signor, JHS president and CEO.
The 10 areas covered in the employee happiness and satisfaction assessment include communication, meaning, empowerment, growth, balance, rewards, safety, belonging, enjoyment, and job, work and career.
“JHS remains dedicated to listening to our employees and implementing meaningful changes to enhance their experience,” added Signor.
Journey Health System is headquartered in Bradford and spans 20 counties across Pennsylvania, providing behavioral health care.
