The mobile business I Heart Cookies, which travels to small towns “all around the Midwest,” according to owner Rachel Marlow, visited the Bradford Mall parking lot in Foster Brook on Thursday. Marlow said the business has 15 life-sized animatronic dinosaurs and also offers Optimus Prime and Bumble Bee Transformers, “so we put on different events and entertainment for each local community.” The business visits about 20 cities each week. “We originally started as a food truck and we wanted to offer just a really cool experience for our customers and started bringing in different entertainment features,” Marlow explained. “It’s just really evolved over the last couple years into something that is a unique experience for people and they also get some delicious deep dish cookies as well.”
