Thomas C. Munn, 56, retired Foster Township police chief, passed away Thursday (Aug. 7, 2025) at his residence.

Family will receive friends from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday (Aug. 10, 2025) at Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc., 33 South Ave. Friends are also invited to attend a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Bernard Church with the Rev. Jim Gutting as celebrant. Committal services will follow in St. Bernard Cemetery.
