Ridgway Firemen’s Carnival
Mount Jewett firefighters take on Johnsonburg in a semifinal match at the annual Ridgway Firemen’s Carnival “Battle of the Barrel,” creating a rainbow in their spray. Many fire departments from throughout the area participated in the event, which pits teams of firefighters against each other using a fire hose to push the hanging barrel past the other team’s goal line.
