WELLSVILLE, N.Y. — Owen Wright, of Cardinal Hills Golf Course, won the Penn-York Div. I first-place trophy for the second time in three weeks, this time at Wellsville Country Club on Monday.

Wright led the pack in Penn-York Junior Golf League’s third stop of the season in the top boys’ age group. He carded a 72, two strokes over par at WCC and four ahead of runner-up Louie Nedzinski. From Baravian Hills, Nedzinski shot a six-over 76.

Leading the Division II boys, Caledonia’s Keegan McArdle collected his first title of the season with a 78, only eight over par. Not to be outdone by his older brother, Keegan McAdle also claimed a first-place trophy in Division III, winning a playoff over Bavarian Hills’ Kalon Caskey. Both golfers shot a 43 over nine holes before the playoff.

Rounding out the boys’ results, Keegan Smith (Bavarian Hills) won Div. IV for the second consecutive week with a 36 from the modified tees. The runner-up, Hudson Honeck (St. Bonaventure GC), carded a 38.
