Green Jelly, The Anxiety Effect to perform in Warren
WARREN — A live concert will be held at Pellegrino’s Creekside Pavilion July 26 featuring legendary comedic punk rock/metal band Green Jelly, and Bradford-based metal band The Anxiety Effect.
Green Jelly released the music video for their song “3 Little Pigs” on MTV in 1992 and it instantly became a cult classic. The music video for the song currently has over 37 million views on YouTube.
Green Jelly has continued to release albums and tour the globe since “3 Little Pigs” made waves across the rock and metal world back in the early 1990s, and they will stop in Warren as part of their current U.S. tour.
The Anxiety Effect has had original singles released globally on all major music platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music and dozens of others. They have also been a part of the local annual VetJam event the last two years.
The Anxiety Effect’s single “Roots,” previously featured on the front page of The Bradford Era, has reached more than 60,000 plays over the past year-and-a-half across multiple streaming platforms, with 10,000 of those plays being on their YouTube channel alone.
The Anxiety Effect has already sold a good amount of pre-sale tickets for the event, and is being told they will be direct support to Green Jelly at the event.
