The Turtlepoint Farmers Market will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday at the Turtlepoint Park. Shown, a representative of South Kendall Hydroponics waits on Mitzi Haskins and Henry Jordan at a previous market. The locally grown lettuce is in demand throughout the area. Local vendors, farmers and growers will be at the market to supply cookout needs. There will be a variety of goods ranging from hydroponic lettuce, an assortment of veggies, homemade breads to Amish baked goods. Vendors are always welcome to come set up.
