Creedence Revived to open BCPAC Summer Tribute Series
Creedence Revived, the highly sought-after Creedence Clearwater Revival (CCR) tribute band, will launch Bradford Creative and Performing Arts Center’s (BCPAC) 2025 Summer Tribute Series at 7 p.m. Thursday in Bromeley Family Theatre on the Pitt-Bradford campus.
Creedence Revived has played all over the globe for crowds upwards of 30,000 people.
“And with a track-record of selling out shows everywhere they go, this group is the real deal,” BCPAC Executive Director Darren Litz said in a press release.
The group is made up of four of Chicago and Los Angeles’ most talented and eclectic musicians including award-winning vocalist Rich Perez, nicknamed “the chameleon” in the industry for his unique ability to shift his vocal to match the style of any vocalist; Graham Czach, world-renowned blues guitarist who attracts blues fans from around the world; JD King, a studio bassist who has a appeared on many top charting albums; and drummer Tony Montana, who sells out theaters on his own based solely on his unique playing style.
Representing America across the globe, Creedence Revived has toured Europe and Malaysia. “Talent buyers and event coordinators often boast about their results,” the press release stated, “and the group frequently gets re-hired year after year to return to the same events with fans walking away in awe of the group’s performance.”
John “Bulldog” Tristao, the 21-year lead singer of Creedence Clearwater Revisited, said, “Rich Perez has the swagger and voice needed to portray the music the way it should be. It’s more than a sound, it’s heart and soul, and they have it. They do the music with respect and energy, and the feel is spot on. I worked my butt off to get the sound and feel of the music and Rich, next to me, is the man. I’m telling you this because I have the best insight into CCR than anyone outside of the original band members and Creedence Revived has my approval and endless support.”
