WASHINGTON — Sen. Dave McCormick, R-Pa., has passed two bills through the Senate Foreign Relations Committee that would require the State Department to develop a strategy to dismantle the Mexican drug cartels and support Taiwan’s participation in the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
