A GoFundMe has been organized for Rebecca Haynes’ family, available at gofundme.com by searching “In Loving Memory of Rebecca.”

The organizer is listed as Hannah Lopez, on behalf of Jamie Haynes.

“Rebecca was full of quiet strength, joy and love,” the page states. “Though she often kept to herself, those who knew her saw her for who she truly was — a kind soul with a gentle heart and a beautiful smile that brightened every room. She was recently embracing a new and deeply meaningful chapter of her life: becoming a mother to a beautiful baby girl.

“Rebecca loved her daughter fiercely. It is devastating to know that her child will grow up without her mother — but we want to make sure she never grows up without knowing how loved and supported her mom was,” the page continues.

“We are raising funds to help support Rebecca’s family through expenses, and to provide any needed support for her daughter’s future. Every donation — no matter the size — makes a difference.”

As of Monday afternoon the fundraiser had accumulated $4,090 of its $15,000 goal on 58 contributions.
