Chicken barbecue benefits Break The Chains
Break The Chains will hold its first chicken barbecue fundraiser at the Shop N Save parking lot in Port Allegany on Saturday. Meals are $12 each and include a half chicken, baked beans, macaroni salad and a roll. All proceeds benefit Break The Chains Coalition and its fight against drug and alcohol addiction as well as self harm and suicide awareness and prevention. Organizers are willing to deliver locally and as far as Roulette and Eldred. Those interested should email the coalition at breakthechainsfestival@gmail.com by Friday evening.
