Lady Owls bring home medals from Mountain Lion Invitational
ALTOONA — Bradford’s Alyssa Mangold finished third in the 100 hurdles, fifth in the long jump and was part of the sixthplace 400 relay during the Altoona Mountain Lion Invitational Saturday. Aliya Corignani finished ninth in the 300 hurdles and 12th in triple jump, while Emma Pilon was part of the sixth place 400 relay and finished 12th in the long jump.
“This was a big invitational with many very good teams. Alyssa had a great night winning 3 medals and her best ever long jump,” Bradford girls coach Larry Stillman said. “Bella had her best long jump as well.
The 4 x 100 relay looked solid and Emma and Aliya had top 10 finishes.”
