Bradford Little Theatre Kids Camp registration opens soon
Bradford Little Theatre announced registration will soon begin for its upcoming Kids Camp production of the new children’s musical, ‘THE CLAW.’
This year’s camp promises an enjoyable two week experience for young performers featuring a heartwarming story of friendship, bravery and self-discovery, BLT representatives said. In ‘THE CLAW,’ an out-of-order claw game in a bustling arcade suddenly springs back to life, bringing joy to all the toys within except for Dot, a timid stuffed cow.
Dot is desperate to hold onto her home and her best friend, Aiden. Dot conquers her fear of the unknown with help from the Flair Bears, Mighty Mutant Power Turtles, Beanie Elders and the all-knowing Mystical 8-ball.
The camp will be held 8 a.m. to noon July 7 to 11 and 14 to 18 at Togi’s Playhouse, 18 Welch Ave. in Bradford. The perfor- will be staged at 7 p.m. July 18 and 2 p.m. July 19 under direction of Kristin Asinger. Note that the camp dates will not conflict with Bradford Creative and Performing Arts Center’s (BCPAC) Missoula Children’s Theatre.
Registration will open at 10 a.m. Saturday at BLT’s website, bradfordlittletheatre. org. The cost is $125 per camper. Spaces are limited and expected to fill quickly, so early registration is encouraged. Children entering first ground through 15 years old are eligible to take part. While no prior experience is required, teamwork and willingness to follow directions are essential.
Scholarship assistance is available for those in need. Request via Facebook Messenger or email at BLTMAIL16701@gmail.com by Friday.
‘THE CLAW’ is presented by special arrangement with Beat by Beat Press, bbbpress.com.
