HARRISBURG — Legislation sponsored by PA Senate State Government Committee Chairman Cris Dush (R-25) to protect and financially compensate targeted property owners against eminent domain abuse (Senate Bill 225) was once again approved by the Senate State Government Committee, by a unanimous vote of 11-0.
