LOS ANGELES, March 5, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Lane42 Investment Partners, LLC (“Lane42,” or “the Firm”) announced its launch as an alternative asset management firm that will focus on pursuing compelling opportunities in public and private markets across asset classes. The Firm was founded by industry veteran Scott L. Graves with the mission of delivering value to investors and exceptional partnership to portfolio companies, operating with a culture of integrity, collaboration, and alignment. It will be headquartered in Los Angeles with a presence in New York.
Lane42’s approach will seek out opportunities driven by growth, cyclicality, and transformational change throughout the credit cycle. The Firm intends to provide flexible debt and equity capital solutions to both public and private companies, while also pursuing investments across liquid markets and throughout multiple market and economic cycles.
Graves will serve as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer for Lane42. He brings more than 30 years of experience investing across public and private credit and equity alternative investment strategies. He most recently served as a Partner at Ares Management Corporation (“Ares”), where he was a Portfolio Manager, Head of Special Opportunities and the Co-Head of the Ares Private Equity Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2017, Graves spent over 15 years in various capacities as a senior executive and investment professional for Oaktree Capital Management, L.P.
