Survey Release is in Conjunction with the Council’s New 500 Day Report on the Israel-Hamas-Hezbollah War
WASHINGTON, Feb. 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — A new survey released today by the Council for a Secure America (CSA), a leading non-profit organization focused on promoting U.S. national energy security interests and the importance of the Abraham Accords, reveals that a majority of Israelis similarly oppose a two-state solution following Hamas’s October 7th attack. Similar to CSA’s July 2024 polling, Israelis believe that maintaining strong relations with the United States should be a top priority (96%), while the majority of Israelis (79%) strongly support the Abraham Accords and reject the concept of a two-state solution (64%).
The Israeli public opinion survey data HERE was collected in Hebrew from February 2-4, 2025, and July 8-10, 2024, for CSA by Panels LTD, which has conducted over 10,000 surveys in Israel since 2006. The data, utilizes a weighted socio-demographic quota of age, gender, geography, heritage and religiosity based on the most up-to-date data from the Israeli Bureau of Statistics, spans different demographic and religious categories, which often contain varying results in each. The survey also encompasses how Israelis see the future from economic and security perspectives and addresses the potential expansion of the Abraham Accords.

In conjunction with the survey, CSA, released a detailed report coinciding with the 500-day milestone of the war, which analyses the current overall environment of the region, including demographic, economic and geopolitical information.
CSA’s War Report HERE is part of a series of research tools the Council has initiated to provide key audiences accurate and relevant data on the importance of domestic energy production and technologies to American and Israeli commercial sectors. Key points in the most recent report are the second stage of the ceasefire and an overview of phase one of the hostage negotiations and potential implications.
