YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Takamasa Mishiro of Lewis Run, Pa., majoring in chemical engineering, has been named to the dean’s list at Youngstown State University for the fall 2024 semester.

Undergraduate students must have earned at least a 3.4 grade point average for no fewer than 12 semester hours to be eligible.
