TOPS 16
The weekly meeting of TOPS 16 was held on Wednesday. Members recited the TOPS pledge. Members sang “It’s not too late.” Co-leader Jeanne Lowe and Jesse Skillman weighed in 13 members; three members were excused. There was an 8 lb. loss. The best loser in waiting was Theresa Bond. Officer of the week was Nan Stoling.
The fruit to try is raspberries, the veggie is spinach, food to avoid is pizza, the nickelodeon was breads. Nan Stoling won the food chart.
Nan Stoling gave the secretary’s report. A smile was read by Jessie Skillman, joke by Jeanne Lowe and Jessie Skillman. Christine McCracken gave a household tip and Elaine Harris gave an inspiration.
Nan Stoling had the program about eating favorite foods and using healthy options.
The meeting was closed with the friendship circle and members reciting the TOPS prayer.
TOPS Club meets every Wednesday in the Fellowship Hall at the First Presbyterian Church. Weigh ins start at 11:30 a.m. and the meeting starts at 1 p.m. All are welcome.
